I assume it refers to the American/British Soldiers that are fighting aimless wars on various parts of this planet, and on their shirts are written the words “Bring Me Back”. Very apt: half the time they have no insight as to why the hell they are shooting at the enemy, the other half of the time they don’t even know who is the enemy.
