Mister B: Russell Means 

I gotta say that my number one medium or art technique is still stencils. This kind of work just keeps insisting and enforcing it. Although done with a mixture of techniques, the stencilling really sticks out, for me, anyways. The excellent work was done by Mister B and if I am not mistaken it is for the Exposition 309 Faces which is being held between 22nd September to 20 October 2007 in Strasbourg.
